Ground Breaking for Wellington College International Shanghai and Qian Tan International Business District
The Lujiazui group has started the construction of Shanghai’s Qian Tan International Business District including the construction of Wellington College International Shanghai on 25th November, 2012. Wellington College and Qian Tan International Business District are located on the southern side of Huangpu River close to the Expo Park in the Pudong New Area. This large scale, mixed-use development is regarded as a ‘sister’ to the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone and will create a new business cetre, a culture and media centre, and a sports and recreational resort in the heart of Shanghai.
