Agnes excels in Hong Kong synchronised swimming
20 Oct 2017
In addition to competitive swimming, cross country and other team sports, Agnes (year 8) is also an active synchronised swimmer. Since the age of seven, she has worked very hard at this sport during her own time outside of school and recently she won her age group “free solo routine” category in the Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association Synchronised Swimming Championships. Synchronised swimming demands high level of water skills, as well as great strength, endurance, flexibility, artistry, coordination and exceptional breath control when underwater. Congratulations Agnes and good luck in future competitions! Related Articles
