A review of A Budget Cinderella Pantomime
14 Dec 2020

With a late start to the year and the CCA programme, the cast rehearsed for just seven weeks. The result demonstrated how driven and committed the children were throughout, determined to present to our audience a quality, fun show to welcome in the festive season. Naturally, a show like this does not rely just on the amazing cast, there were pupils involved in the technical running of the show, ushering in the audience, and even creating the choreography alongside our performing arts staff. A special thanks must go to Florence, our Prep Head girl, who worked with Mr Wood on the choreography, the wardrobe CCA and Miss D and Miss Celia (our MD) and Dr Tkachenko who brought their expertise and professionalism to music. It was an absolute pleasure creating the Pantomime with our talented young people and we were rewarded with production we can all be proud of. Thank you for the support of our parent body and the FOW who were there alongside us for our first venture back into the theatre. There will be a lot more performances this year and we look forward to seeing you all there.
