Global citizenship summer photo challenge
26 Jun 2019
Summer holidays are here and as an international school community, Wellingtonians will be travelling across the globe to places both new and familiar. We all need a bit of relaxation time, but summer is also the perfect opportunity to reconnect, explore, to stretch yourself, to try something new and give something back.
Follow Wellington College International Shanghai on Instagram - wellingtoncollegeshanghai. Then post your Wellington global citizen photo and use #WellingtonGlobalCitizen.
Submit your Wellington global citizen photo through email with the subject line Wellington Global Citizen to communications.wcis@wellingtoncollege.cn . You must be a Wellington College pupil to participate.
Show your Wellington colours, wherever you go this summer.
To celebrate our Wellington community and its members who come from all over the world, we’re holding a photo challenge over the summer break. The theme: show your global citizenship. How you choose to do this is up to you: maybe this summer you’ll explore a new culture or reconnect with your own, appreciate nature, volunteer your time and skills or take on a new challenge. Two ways to participate
And for the winners...
All of the submitted photos will be considered and the 10 entries that best represent the theme will be announced during the second week of Lent Term. There will be fun Wellington prizes and something special for the top three entries. *All photos entered may be used as part of a global citizen display within the college campus.Related Articles
