Wellington in action in CISSA Athletics Championships

The annual East CISSA athletics meet was recently held at Wellington, with both boys and girls from years 6 to 9 competing in the full range of athletics events against other intentional schools in the Pudong region. Wellington fielded over 90 pupils in what was a great afternoon of athletics. CISSA places emphasis on participation and friendly competition while giving all competitors the chance to try out a range of events and work to improve their PBs (Personal Best). There was no shortage of excellent performances delivered across the age range of pupils, but some of particular note include the following:
