U11/U9 rugby update: 4 wins from 4 for all conquering U9s

27 Mar 2017
In the penultimate weekend of rugby at Dulwich College Shanghai, the U11’s put in some great performances.  There was a huge improvement in all facets of play, especially the defensive work of the boys.  From last weeks winless Saturday the U11 squad now managed to win 3 out of 5 matches they played. All is looking very promising for next week’s finals day at Dulwich. A special mention to Micah to starred in only his second game of rugby and Ahmed who helped create and scored many of the tries for the U11s. Meanwhile, the U9's continued their development with both teams showing some great teamwork. The U9A's managed to win all 4 of their matches, while the U9B's managed, 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss, however, their results were all close. Hopefully, the teams will be able to fine tune their skills during training this week ready for our final weekend of the season. Josh and Taylor deserve a mention for their excellent display of passing and Thomas for his all-round contribution on the day.
