Synchronised swimming in lower Prep
11 Jan 2016
For the last week of term we thought we would offer the students in Years 3 and 4 something a little bit different in their swimming lessons.
We were joined in our swimming lessons by Oleysa Boyko, who currently coaches our Synchronized Swimming team in the Upper Prep and Senior School as part of the Co-curricular program.
This was a great chance for some of our younger students to try out this dynamic sport which combines not only the swimming skills they have been learning in class but elements of dance, gymnastics and acrobatics.
All of the swimmers enjoyed their time with Coach Oleysa and had opportunity to learn many new skills.
