British Schools League is underway at Wellington
29 Dec 2015
After only 3 weeks back Wellington were straight into hosting our first tournament. It was very exciting as it was part of the newly created British Schools League. The league is made up of Dulwich Shanghai, NACIS, Dulwich Suzhou, BISS Puxi and Wellington. The focus is on developing the students skill set, sportsmanship and understanding of different sports in a competitive environment.
Our U.13 teams were at BISS Puxi and Wellington hosted the U.14 boys and girls. The first tournament was a friendly and a warm up to the next two competitive tournaments. Having said that it was pleasing to see all games were competitive, with only 1-2 goals separating the teams. This is exactly what we were hoping for to help further develop our students.
We look forward to the upcoming events throughout the year and working together with our fellow British International Schools.
