Year 9 taking the Mercedes Benz by storm

Our very own Monday Solution won People's Choice at Battle of the Bands in the Mercedes Benz Arena.
On Sunday 24th May, Wellington’s Year 9 rock band, The Monday Solution, won the People’s Choice award at the Shanghai Schools Battle of the Bands competition at the Mercedes Benz Arena. The boys performed “21 Guns" by Greenday and "Viva la vida” by Coldplay and were highly praised by the judging panel of professional musicians. Congratulations to all the boys in the band, Sage Brandini, Alexander Burton, Jamie Cook, Harvey Henman, Edward Jackson and Zachary Lamb.
