On Super Saturday we saw our wellington students, take charge and lead the Prep school house football competition.
Leading the warm ups, managing and coaching teams, refereeing, scoring and announcing. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Showing great motivation, organisation and communication.
In term two, these sports leaders will be engaging in Wellingtons own leadership awards course, where they will working through there bronze silver and gold awards. Learning the fundamental skills involved in coaching, referring and organising tournaments. I would like to say a huge well done, to the sports leaders involved in Saturdays football competition.
