Within her extensive career she has held many positions of responsibility in schools, including Head of Secondary in her previous role at the British School of Vilnius, Lithuania. Throughout her career, Rosie’s love of being in the classroom and sharing her passion for an ever evolving subject with enthusiastic and interested students have been the main drive getting her up in the morning!
Rosie graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Biochemistry and Pharmacology. She then attended the University of Warwick to complete her PGCE in Secondary Science teaching, with a specialism in Biology.
Rosie and her family have lived and worked in Shanghai previously and their love of the city and its friendly people, as well as the opportunity for her 2 boys to attend a large and prestigious school, have drawn them back. They are also very excited to have the opportunity to further travel and explore China and Asia in their holidays. In her spare time, Rosie is an avid cook and runner and is hoping to achieve her new personal best in a marathon on the streets of Shanghai in the not too distant future.
