Lisa has led international school trips, curriculum enrichment days, founded a sister-school partnership in Japan and managed excursions and incursions of world-renowned dance company performances and master classes.
With a strong background in dance, singing and drama, Lisa is fortunate to have the skills of a well-rounded performer, particularly in the style of musical theatre, which she has used in both her teaching practice and in mentoring performers.
She specialises in dance ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary dance, and she has completed the highest ballet and tap examinations in world-recognised boards. Through a rigorous entrance process, Lisa became one of 12 candidates to be accepted into the BA (Dance)/Bed (Secondary) course at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
Lisa and her husband Nick love to travel and learn about the world through different lenses. Lisa loves to engage in a variety of hobbies including dance, singing, yoga, hiking, dining out and reading.
