Will appreciates the beauty of mathematics not simply from its concrete practical applications and its ability to help us understand the world, but also from its abstractness. He aims not only to nurture his students to develop as confident problem solvers but also to instil a passion for the subject.
In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit through CrossFit, cycling and playing football. He also enjoys travelling and learning about other cultures and ways of life. He has explored much of Southeast Asia but is looking forward to experiencing China.
