Julien has a bachelor’s degree in modern language studies and studied in Northumbria University’s graduate teacher programme. His career in education has taken him from Newcastle, England to Almaty, Kazakhstan and to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
When not teaching he stays active, taking part in a wide range of activities such as muay Thai, MMA, wakeboarding, kite surfing, cycling, paragliding and more. He also enjoys playing guitar (badly) cooking, camping, stargazing and is seriously considering studying to get a pilot’s licence.
