Christopher Arundale

Classroom Teacher

Christopher has several years of experience in Early Years education, having taught both Nursery and Reception in schools in Yorkshire, England.

He earned his BA Honours in primary education (Early Years) at Leeds Trinity University in 2015.  Further to his role as class teacher, he led whole school curriculum developments in art in his role as a subject leader. Through this journey Christopher found a personal connection to art and discovered the importance of using it as a cross-curricular method in schools. He believes art is vital for healthy personal, social and emotional growth. He has also worked closely with language specialists to support children learning English as a second language.

Outside of school, Christopher’s hobbies include cooking, travelling to new places and hiking. Christopher is excited about joining Wellington School and living in the exciting city of Shanghai.
