Joanne is an experienced classroom teacher eight years of teaching experience. She began her career by working at agovernment school in Thailand for two years while obtaining a TEFL certificate. She then moved to Beijing, where shetaught at a role play centre-based school for one year. In 2018, Joanne relocated to Shanghai and worked for the ChinaWelfare Association and Concord Academy.

Joanne's has a BA business administration from Kings University in Ghana. Her dedication and passion for Early Years education are evident in her teaching approach. She firmly believes that educators in early childhood education play acrucial role in shaping a child's development and have the opportunity to make a significant difference in their lives. Joanne is committed to providing unwavering support, guidance and creating a positive environment for children to thriveand grow. She takes joy in helping children foster a love for learning, which will lay the foundation for their future academic success.

Outside of the classroom, Joanne enjoys traveling, playing softball, cooking and listening to music. She is also a proud dog mom to two intelligent and beautiful dogs named Zoey and Lunah.
