Steffen Eichhorn

Steffen earned his bachelor's degree in Chinese science and cultural studies at the Friedrich Schiller University of Leipzig. Upon graduating in 2009, he was offered the opportunity to work for the German Pavilion at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai China. After returning to Germany to continue studying for his master's degree, Steffen found his way back to Shanghai to pursue further studies at Tongji University.

Steffen started out as a general manager and project manager in the events industry, catering primarily to auto shows, fashion shows and concerts. He decided upon a career change by doing his QTS with Wellington Bilingual. Before joining Wellington College International Shanghai, he worked at Hiba Academy Shanghai for four years.

When he is not busy working or spending time with his family, you can find Steffen engaging in functional fitness. He enjoys newly developed technologies like digital art and NFTs as well as dabbling with the Procreate app on the iPad.
