Ella brings to Wellington her extensive experience as an international school university counsellor for six years, along with four years of working in study abroad agencies. Throughout her career, she has found immense satisfaction in her sense of purpose and the pivotal role she plays in fostering the growth of her students.

She is an alumna of Henan Normal University, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in management. After a decade of working in the education industry, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in global education to further deepen her expertise.

As a mother of two children, she possesses a profound understanding of parents' concerns about their children's development and future prospects. She is always ready to address any questions parents may have regarding their children's plans for further study.

During her leisure time, Ella finds joy in listening to music and singing. She has also taken up piano and swimming as new pursuits.
