Graham Case

Teacher of Physics

Graham has been teaching IB Physics in a variety of international schools over the last 15 years. Most recently, he taught at Oporto British School, Porto, where he was the IGCSE Coordinator. Before that, he was the Head of Physics at Markham College, Peru. His first internal post was at St. Paul's School, Sao Paulo, where he also coordinated the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award. He has also worked in traditional independent boarding schools in the UK, such as Blundell's School in Tiverton and Cheltenham College. In all these posts, Graham has taken on many leading roles in outdoor education and has coached various sports. He has also taken students on various trips including trekking in Nepal, Pakistan and India.   Before embarking on his teaching career, Graham completed his undergraduate degree in Physics at University of Sheffield. He then worked at an educational charity (Farms for City Children) before deciding to complete his PGCE at the University of Exeter.   In his free time, Graham enjoys cooking, cycling and exploring the countryside. During summer holidays, he often heads back to Devon to work on improving the construction of his Log Cabin. This has been a labour of love for the last 15 years. He also enjoys gardening, fishing, sailing and working at his parents' farm.
