Xiaoli worked at an international school in Shanghai for thirteen years before coming to Wellington, having taught IGCSE and IB for over a decade with great success. Xiaoli enjoys working with children and is interested in using the strengths of Chinese philosophy and Western methods in education. She loves to see children’s smiling faces as they progress and enjoy their learning. Xiaoli joined Wellington in 2016. She completed her degree in Chinese Literature and Teaching in 2003 and earned her PGCEi from Nottingham University in 2013. In her spare time, Xiaoli likes Chinese dancing and reading.
