Teacher of Physics
Braden Long comes to Wellington after 21 years of teaching in the US at a junior boarding school. He has taught physics for the past 11 years and has also taught physical sciences and earth science. Braden was also the dean of boys and director of residential life for a several years. He coached cross-country, basketball and lacrosse throughout his tenure and for 16 years was a houseparent for boys aged 11 through 16. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of New Haven. His first joy in life is spending time with his wife, Chen, and their daughter, Lilian. He also enjoys hiking, basketball, lacrosse and watching sports.
