Jake Parslow is a seasoned teacher with experience as the head of chemistry at Alice Smith School in Malaysia, as well as in London and Brighton in the UK. He holds a Masters in education, a PGCE in Chemistry, and a BSc Hons in Neuroscience.
Jake takes great joy in staying updated with the latest research and sharing his knowledge with others. He firmly believes that hands-on experiences are crucial for pupils to truly grasp scientific concepts, and loves running practicals.
Beyond the classroom, Jake has a deep interest in travel, nature and adventure. He is excited to be a part of Wellington Shanghai and eager to explore everything that China has to offer. During his free time, Jake indulges in complex board games, reads science fiction novels and enjoys cooking.
