Stephanie was born in Shanghai. She graduated from East China Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in English literature education. She received an MA in International Journalism and Communication from Shanghai University and completed IPGCE course in primary education. She had been awarded both the Certification in Primary Chinese Teaching and the Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (CTCSOL). Stephanie joined Wellington College International Shanghai 10 years ago as a part of the founding team. She understands the various needs of students, drawing on her own teaching experience, and she is also an open-minded and flexible teacher whose mindset is shaped by both Eastern and Western culture. In addition, her favourite sports are archery and running. She also really enjoys being in natural surroundings and loves flower arranging, likes to watch operas and Disneyland. She enjoys traveling. She is very keen on the Chinese tea culture.
