Sarah began her early career working for a major bank, where her role was focused on staff training and development. This pathway led her to becoming a corporate project manager overseeing nationwide training programmes. However, a move to Shanghai ignited a change of career, and for the last 12 years, Sarah has worked at some of the top international schools in China and Singapore.

She has held a number of prominent roles in schools including head of Key Stage 3 and university and careers counsellor to name but two. Completing her undergraduate degree in biochemistry with medical biochemistry at Leeds University, Sarah went on to study for her PGCE at the University of Sunderland.

Outside of work, Sarah is a dedicated mum who enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and their little white dog, Monty. During summer holidays, Sarah likes to head back with the family to the wild and historic coastline of her native Northumberland.
