Conor began his education career in 2016 as an English teacher in Beijing. He became a specialist teacher in 2017 and then a senior teacher in 2018 overseeing training of new academic staff. He moved to Shanghai in 2019 to become a homeroom teacher and operations coordinator in a bilingual school. Conor strives to build positive relationships in the classroom and believes that happy pupils make the most successful learners. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rollins College in 2015 and is currently enrolled in a Master of Education program at Liverpool John Moores University. In his free time, Conor enjoys cycling by the Huangpu River, cooking new foods and photography. He is an avid reader and enjoys trying his hand at writing fiction and poetry. He also enjoys learning foreign languages and traveling when possible.
