Tania has 18 years' experience working in the education sector. She holds a PhD in education from the University of Melbourne, where she discovered the significance of collective teacher efficacy in increasing teacher impact on pupil outcomes. She also earned an MEd from the British University in Dubai and a BEd from the Royal Melbourne Institute in Melbourne. Throughout her career, Tania has held various teaching and leadership roles in education, starting in Australia and later moving to Dubai, South Korea and China. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to gain a unique perspective on education and a desire to nurture learning systems and educational practices to support multilingual learners.
