Julian has worked with Wellington College Education for almost 30 years, initially at Wellington College in England before moving to Wellington College Tianjin as Whole School Vice Principal and Head of the Senior School. In 2017, he was promoted to the role of Head of School, where he placed the school on the map, establishing its reputation as the leading international school in the city with an impressive track record of academic results and prestigious university placements.
Julian holds a BA Hons History from the University of Durham and a PGCE in Secondary History from the University of Exeter. He has also completed a program in Executive Leadership from Henley, one of the world's top business schools.
