Every year, Wellington parents and teachers come together to celebrate the school's successes at our Annual Ball. This much-anticipated event is an opportunity for all of us to build stronger community connections, reaffirm our shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of global citizens and, of course, just have fun!
Held on Saturday 2 November at the fabulous W Hotel on Shanghai's North Bund, this year’s ball held even greater significance as we marked Wellington Shanghai’s 10th anniversary. This was Part II of a whirlwind weekend of festivities — bookended by an anniversary ceremony and performance and a spectacular outdoor concert. Thus, a dedicated group of FOW parents diligently worked for months, leaving no stone unturned to craft an unforgettable evening that would immerse everyone in the timeless allure and dynamic spirit of Shanghai.
We're well acquainted with the wealth of experiences Wellington offers our children. Yet, it's events like these that underscore the enrichment we parents also receive. Being part of such a welcoming, supportive and diverse community is indeed a privilege, and it might just be the best in town.
